Julia He
Occupational Therapist, Director/Founder
Julia is a registered and certified Occupational Therapist who graduated from University of Sydney in Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy), 2011.
Julia has had a wide ranging experience working in different ages and abilities in different Service providers including: Royal Institute of Deaf and Blind working children with Vision and Hearing Impairment. Adults with Intellectual and Physical disability living in Group homes and within Specialised Medical Units.
Additionally, Julia believes in Interdisciplinary Model to not only work alongside families but also other clinicians to gain the most out of therapy and empower the family and individual.
Through these experiences, Julia as developed a desire to build a service, which is not only clinically sound and evidence based, but to also support and collaborate with individuals and families to creatively achieve their goals. Julia is driven to tailor the current opportunities afforded to her clients and reshape attitudes and barriers that is experienced to reach their potential.
Judy Lui
Senior Occupational Therapist
Judy is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist with over 14 years of expertise in public health. She has served as a senior therapist in both neurology and brain injury units, specializing in the management of neurological conditions, including stroke, acquired brain injury, traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, and motor neuron disease.
Committed to a client-centred approach, Judy collaborates closely with individuals to support their rehabilitation and enhance their quality of life. She has extensive experience delivering a range of interventions, including activities of daily living retraining, functional and cognitive assessments, assistive technology prescription, pressure care management, falls prevention, and client and family education. She is dedicated to integrating evidence-based research into clinical practice and continuously seeks innovative strategies to optimize patient outcomes.
Judy is registered with AHPRA and holds FIM accreditation.
Outside of work, Judy enjoys looking for her next brunch spot, baking a sweet treat or tuning in to watch the next F1 race.


Ashleigh Ng (Mat Leave)
Speech Pathologist
Ashleigh graduated from the University of Sydney with a degree in Health Sciences (Hearing and Speech) and a Master in Speech Language Pathology. She is a Certified Practising Member of Speech Pathology Australia.
Ashleigh has worked with children with a range of backgrounds and abilities. She has a passion for working with children of all ages, with a particular interest in early intervention, disability and literacy. Ashleigh enjoys the dynamic nature of therapy and finds it hugely rewarding to see children make continuous progress. Ashleigh has a strong dedication to the profession and continues professional development. She is trained in PECS – Picture Exchange Communication System and the Hanen program “It Takes Two to Talk”.
Ashleigh is driven by her enthusiasm in tailoring therapy according to a child’s individual needs. Her role as a speech pathologist gives her the opportunity to empower children and their families and to support a child’s ongoing development.
